Cookie policy.

This page lists every cookie onDesk uses, what it does and how long it lasts. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Strictly necessary - always on

These keep the website working and cannot be switched off. They do not store anything you would not expect.

• Log-in and account session - keeps you signed in to the student portal - session to 12 months.
• Checkout and payment security - set by our payment provider (Stripe) when you pay - session to 1 year.
• Security and load balancing - protects forms and checkout against abuse - session.
• Cookie consent choice - remembers what you agreed to in the banner - 6 months.

Analytics - off by default

Set only if you accept Analytics in the cookie banner. If you reject, none of these are created.

• Google Analytics 4 (_ga and related) - understands how the site is used so we can improve it - up to 13 months.

Marketing - off by default

Set only if you accept Marketing in the cookie banner. If you reject, none of these are created.

• Meta Pixel (_fbp) - measures whether our adverts are useful - 3 months.

Changing your choice
