Is it online or in person?

Both. Most sessions are online, and in-person sessions can be arranged on request.

How does it work for under-18s?

A parent or guardian arranges any paid programme and is welcome on the first call. We keep written records of every session.

Can you guarantee an offer?

No, and anyone who does is not being straight with you. We make sure students apply to the right places, at the right time, and walk into every stage prepared.

Do you work with schools?

Yes. We deliver careers talks online and in person, and offer a whole-school platform that supports Gatsby Benchmark evidence. Request a demo and we will send the details for your school.

Terms of service.

The agreement between you and onDesk, in plain sections.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the onDesk website, programmes and the student portal. By enrolling in a programme, creating a portal account or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. onDesk is a trading name of Mohamed Mazari, a sole trader.

2. Our programmes

onDesk provides digital career education content related to breaking into Global Markets Sales and Trading roles - with a deeper dive into FICC - including module materials, coaching calls and mock interviews. The specific content depends on which programme tier you have purchased.

3. Enrolment and payment

To enrol, you complete payment via our designated payment provider and confirm your enrolment details with us. Access is typically activated within 24 hours of confirming receipt of payment. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

4. Refunds

Programmes are non-refundable once coaching has started. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund the price minus any sessions, reviews or materials already used. Instead of refunds, we offer the onDesk Promise: if you complete your programme and this cycle doesn't land, your support carries on into the next one. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Access to materials

All paid programmes include access to materials and future updates, for as long as the onDesk service operates. Access is granted for your personal, individual use only and may not be shared, resold or distributed.

6. Access to the student portal

Every programme includes lifetime access to the onDesk student portal - the curriculum, the firm guides, your saved notes, plans, session history and onTrack results. Lifetime access means access for as long as onDesk operates the student portal. If we ever close it, we will give at least 3 months' notice and let you download your notes and plans. Access is personal and may not be shared, and it ends only if a purchase is refunded.

7. onTime Plus

Core, Elite, Head Start and Partner purchases include onTime Plus until 31 January of the recruiting season - purchases made on or after 1 December include it until 31 January of the following season. After that, students keep the free onTime tier and can renew onTime Plus for the season price, £49. Renewal is a one-off payment - no subscription and no automatic charges.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to share login credentials, copy or distribute programme materials without consent, use the service unlawfully, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of the service.

9. No guarantee of outcome

onDesk provides educational content and coaching designed to improve your knowledge and readiness. We do not guarantee that completing any programme will result in a job offer, internship, interview or any other specific outcome.

10. Intellectual property

All programme materials, including module PDFs, frameworks, templates, scripts and the onDesk brand, are the intellectual property of onDesk and may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

11. Independence and trademarks

onDesk is an independent careers education service, not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of any bank, financial institution, employer, university or school named on this website. References to employers describe where our founder, coaches or students have worked or studied, and are factual descriptions only. All company names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify background only, including our coaches' education and professional backgrounds, with no endorsement. Our guides, talks and coaching are based on publicly available information and on general personal experience of applying to and working in the industry, and do not contain any confidential, proprietary or internal information of any current or former employer. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or immigration advice.

Independence and trademarks

12. Limitation of liability

onDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
