Terms of use
Last updated 22 October 2026. These terms apply to the onDesk portal, onTime and every downloadable onDesk material.
Your licence
onDesk grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the portal and its materials for your own career preparation. Nothing in the portal is advice, and the licence does not let you use onDesk content for anyone else or for any commercial purpose.
Accounts are personal
Your account is personal to you: one account per person. Do not share your login details with anyone, and do not let anyone else use your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared or breached these terms.
No copying or redistribution
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense or distribute onDesk content in any form - including the modules, guides, firm notes, onTime data, videos and templates - without our written permission. Downloading a file for your own use under your licence is fine; passing it on is not.
No scraping or automated access
You may not scrape, crawl, bulk download or access onTime or the portal with automated tools, and you may not use onDesk content to build, train or improve a competing product, service or dataset. We rate-limit and monitor use of the platform to protect it and keep it fast for everyone.
Our names and marks
onDesk, onTime, onTour and onTrack, along with their logos, belong to onDesk. None of the names or marks may be used without our written permission.
IMC Trading, Deutsche Bank, Citi and all other company names, logos and trademarks shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used to identify our coaches' education and professional backgrounds only, with no endorsement.
Schools, universities and societies
For onTour talks and platform clients: materials are licensed to that organisation only, for its own students, for the agreed period. An organisation may not share its materials with other schools, societies or the public, and its licence ends when the agreed period ends.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Where an account is suspended for abuse, we will tell you why where we reasonably can.
