How it works

  1. Apply. A short application tells us who it is for, the stage and the goal.
  2. Free call. Every onDesk One family starts with a free call with Mohamed, so we can make sure it fits before anything is agreed.
  3. Your prescription. A written prescription within 24 hours, setting out the plan for the year.
  4. Payment by link. If it fits, a payment link follows. Nothing is paid before that, and there is no checkout on this site.

How do I know which programme my child needs?

Book a free call. Within 24 hours you receive a written prescription with the programme, the timeline and the outcome it prepares for.

Who delivers the sessions?

Mohamed leads every programme and reviews every key application. Specialists from the relevant division run mocks and reviews.

Can I pay in instalments?

No. Programmes are paid in full before coaching starts, with a full refund if you cancel before the first session.

What if it does not work?

The onDesk Promise. If you attend your sessions, complete your set tasks and apply to your agreed list by the deadlines, and the cycle does not land, your plan, portal and support continue into the next cycle. Full refund if you cancel before coaching starts. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How are parents kept informed?

A start call, then a written update every month, which becomes the phase report at the end of each phase, with the student's consent once 18.
