Is it online or in person?

Both. Most sessions are online, and in-person sessions can be arranged on request.

How does it work for under-18s?

A parent or guardian arranges any paid programme and is welcome on the first call. We keep written records of every session.

Can you guarantee an offer?

No, and anyone who does is not being straight with you. We make sure students apply to the right places, at the right time, and walk into every stage prepared.

Do you work with schools?

Free call. Every onDesk One family starts with a free call, so we can make sure it fits before anything is agreed.
Your plan and named specialist. If it fits, you get your plan and your named specialist. Payment is arranged after the call - one payment or up to three instalments.
Support to the offer. Sessions, reviews, mocks and between-session support, all the way to the offer.

Who do you work with?

Students at any stage, from Year 12 on the Full Route to university and graduate cycles. Under-18 families get monthly parent reviews, and a parent or guardian makes the agreement.

What if the student changes direction?

The plan changes with them. The specialist rebuilds the route around the new direction - that is what having one named specialist is for.

What is the onDesk Promise?

The onDesk Promise is our written commitment: attend the agreed sessions, complete the agreed tasks and apply to the agreed list by the deadlines, and if the offer does not come we keep working with you on the next cycle.
