Cancellations and refunds

School licences

• Trial licences are free and can be ended by either side at any time, with nothing to pay.
• Paid school licences are agreed with the school before payment, including the licence period and what happens if the school ends the licence early.
• If a licence is ended early by the school for a reason within our control, we refund the unused portion of the licence period.

One-to-one support (bought by a parent)

• Full refund at any point before the support starts.
• Full refund after the first session if you decide it is not right for your child.
• After that, we refund anything not yet delivered.
• Your statutory cancellation rights for online purchases are unaffected; you may cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the support has not started. If it has started at your request, we deduct the value of what was delivered.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 working days of the refund being agreed. To ask for a cancellation or refund, email info@getondesk.com or message us on WhatsApp +44 7440 346747 - you do not need to give a reason.
